Chapter 2 ends with the Prison of the Forgotten quest. In order to be eligible to receive The First Move, a character must have completed the Chapter 2 - Torghast of the Covenant Campaign, which deals with first meeting Ve'nari and rescuing Baine from Torghast. Pre-requisites for Chains of Domination Questline After completing the quest, characters continue the quest by heading to The Maw and doing the introduction quests to Korthia. The quest takes you to Highlord Bolvar Fordragon in Oribos and plays the Kingsmourne cinematic, explaining what happened with the Archon.
